The details

The Role: Head of Fund Operations

The Company: Growth Private Equity Firm

The Location: City of London

As our client grows out its business, they have identified the need for a Senior Fund Professional to take the lead across transaction support, portfolio operations & reporting, valuation & compliance and oversight of TPAs

The Responsibilities:

  • Key role in supporting end-to-end operational activities of the PE fund
  • Act as a go between for the front office and back office functions
  • Manage capital flow, deal fund flows, fund performance, fund operations
  • Work closely with the legal team on all transactional support providing oversight on tax structuring

The Requirements:

  • Qualified PE Fund Accountant who has spent minimum 4+ years in a broader fund finance and operations perspective
  • Solid understanding of private equity fund structures, capital account mechanics, and valuation principles
  • Comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders on the Legal and Front Office side
