A leading organisation that operates within a number of countries worldwide is currently hiring a Head of Infrastructure who is able to define the strategy delivery, integration and architecture our client's technology.

The chosen Head will be employed on a permanent basis located in Birmingham overseeing a team of 10 individuals alongside the Head of Portfolio reporting into the IT Director.

This is truly an exciting time to join this organisation as they undertake masses of change. The chosen candidate will lead the integration of a number of multi-million pound enterprise level systems and applications.

Core Responsibilities:
* Design and strategize by creating, refining and challenging policies, roadmaps and vision statements. Providing a single point of coordination and oversight for all digital delivery projects.
* Plan and resource the phasing of delivery to meet business needs. Create multidisciplinary teams to manage the delivery of internal and industry systems. Manage dependencies between projects, managing risks, commercials, budgets and people. Balance priorities, communicating with and managing internal and external stakeholder groups.
* Manage and deliver by Leading and motivating delivery teams comprised of delivery, development and testing resource

Requirements:
* Experience in managing the successful delivery of applications using agile processes.
* Experience of Sitecore, MS Dynamics, Business Central implementations within a business (MUST HAVE)
* Strong experience delivering Ecommerce application from start to finish.
* Able to lead the planning of application delivery, including roadmaps and identifying dependencies in plans. Experience in planning the delivery and integration of enterprise-level systems
* Experience of leading managing software/application teams.
