Head of Pricing Systems & Transformation
Are you an experienced pricing, revenue management or commercial transformation leader with a track record of delivering complex systems change?
We're seeking a Head of Pricing Systems & Transformation to lead the evolution of pricing capability within a large, complex organisation undertaking a major business and technology transformation. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the future pricing landscape, including the transition to a modern SAP BRIM-enabled revenue management environment.
This is a unique opportunity to combine commercial leadership with large-scale transformation delivery, owning the roadmap for pricing systems and ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business value.
The Role
As Head of Pricing Systems & Transformation, you will be the senior business leader responsible for pricing systems capability, working across Commercial, Technology, Sales, Finance and change teams to deliver strategic outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and delivering the Pricing Systems & Transformation roadmap.
- Leading the pricing workstream within a major ERP and SAP BRIM transformation programme.
- Acting as the senior business owner for pricing system capability and future-state design.
- Translating commercial pricing strategy into scalable systems and processes.
- Defining business requirements and ensuring successful delivery through technology and implementation partners.
- Driving solution validation, testing, deployment, business readiness and user adoption.
- Ensuring effective integration across SAP BRIM and wider enterprise systems.
- Leading a team responsible for pricing capability development and delivery.
- Delivering continuous improvement initiatives that support revenue growth, commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
About You
You will be a commercially minded transformation leader capable of operating at the intersection of Pricing, Commercial Operations and Technology.
You are likely to bring:
- Significant experience within Pricing, Revenue Management, Commercial Strategy or Pricing Transformation.
- Experience delivering large-scale business and systems transformation programmes.
- Exposure to SAP BRIM, SAP environments or enterprise pricing and revenue management platforms.
- Strong understanding of pricing processes, governance and commercial operations.
- Experience working with Technology teams, System Integrators and third-party delivery partners.
- Proven ability to lead business requirements, testing, change, adoption and benefit realisation activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
- Previous experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
