I'm currently recruiting for a Head of Product Operations to join a high-growth, private equity-backed fintech SaaS organisation based in London. This is based on a flexible hybrid working arrangement.

This is a newly created, senior role reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, focused on building and scaling a best-in-class Product Operating Model across multiple product lines.

The position sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Strategy, with key responsibilities including:

• Designing and embedding a robust Product Delivery Lifecycle (PDLC)
• Driving delivery predictability and operational discipline across product teams
• Leading product-level metrics, dashboards, and portfolio reporting
• Championing AI adoption across product workflows (e.g. requirements, prioritisation, testing)
• Enabling PM effectiveness through improved tooling, processes, and governance
