Start your job searchA global specialist in education marketing, is currently seeking a Head of Talent to assist them in their huge growth plans.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the talent acquisition in all global markets - UK, USA & APAC
- Lead and develop the entire talent acquisition function, including - sourcing, mapping, onboarding and employee retention and engagement
- Manage a small team of internal recruiters
- Work collaboratively and build relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders
- Understand the business objectives and growth goals
- Ensure the recruitment roadmap and planning supports the companies goals
