Start your job searchLeading financial institution is in search for an experienced & competent Information Security Manager. The business has seen large growth and popularity in recent years. As the Information Security Manager your main priority will be to ensure customer data security is a held at the highest regard. This is a great opportunity for an Information Security Manager or Cyber security specialist to grow within a market leading institution.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the information security and cyber team with the goal of prioritising information security in every area of the business
- Manage and advise on the remediation of identified security risks to the business
- Ensure compliance with all regulations Support and assist with the auditing process
- Plan and lead security vulnerability testing procedures
Key Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as either Information Security Manager, Cyber Security Manager, Information Security Specialist or similar
- Minimum of one relevant certification eg CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, Cobit, ISO 27001 etc
- Broad knowledge off server security, Firewalls, networks, TCP/IP, encryption and PCI DSS
- Able to persuade and encourage colleagues to implement best Information Security practices Fantastic communication skills with previous demonstrable experience of explaining security issues to senior business managers and stakeholders
