Marks Sattin are currently partnering with a great client of ours to support with their search for an Interim Senior Finance Business Partner.

You will be joining an International Professional Services business and based in Sheffield/ and or Leeds on a hybrid basis, you will be working with his business for a period of 12 Months. Salary paying between £75,000 - £78,000 + many benefits.

This will be a crucial role in supporting the Senior Leadership Team as they undergo a Transformation Change Project. This role involves collaborating with IT to ensure meticulous oversight and control over cost management and reporting, encompassing Capex and project expenses. Responsibilities include ongoing analysis and reporting, periodic tasks such as budgeting and reforecasting, as well as ad-hoc analytical work. Along with:

  • Collaborate with the other Senior BPs to deliver consistent and insightful reports across specific service areas.
  • Prepare and review headcount data, providing commentary on any variances.
  • Present monthly management information and commentary to Directors, highlighting budget progress, emerging issues, and proposed actions.
  • Track projects, KPIs, and Capex, ensuring thorough oversight.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting on various costs, identifying trends and potential risks, and working with the Senior Finance BP to implement changes.
