One of the most reputable financial services client based in West Yorkshire is currently recruiting for an Internal Audit Manager to focus on conduct risk audits. Working in the team of ten, you will gain excellent exposure across the group.

Working at manager level, you will be expected to deliver the audits autonomously proving a consultative approach and challenge where applicable.

The team is highly skilled and brings together some of the most reputable senior managers who provide a flexible working environment.

Role accountabilities

  • Planning and delivering Conduct and/or Financial Crime audits assigned by audit management
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the operation of Internal Audit to assist in creating a high Performing function
  • Review of current processes to ensure they are fit for purpose if not, provide commercially viable recommendations.
  • To apply the agreed audit methodologies to ensure conformance with professional guidelines (Standards, Ethics and Financial Services Code)
  • To prepare and present reports for Senior Management and/or the Audit Committee
