The purpose of the role will be to look over the control's framework and the mechanisms operated to provide on-going assurance over its design and operation.

The role will include:

• Lead on the design and operation of service assurance mechanism consulting with third party support and internal stakeholders to define control objectives and control activities
• Business understanding of risk, risk management and control - with a specific focus on operational / process level risk management
• Monitor service assurance mechanisms to ensure that they are an accurate reflection of the firm's key controls and are operating effectively - This will include the assurance review of control performance

Qualifications needed:
You will ideally need to have experience and a good understanding of controls coming from either an external or internal audit background. Bringing with you some strong stakeholder experience. Professional risk management or audit qualification needed, part or newly qualified IIA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA.
