The details

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst to join a growing technology and transformation team at a pivotal point in its journey.

Following the appointment of a new CIO, the organisation is investing heavily in its technology function, with a fresh roadmap, ambitious plans for change, and a number of key projects already on the horizon. This is a chance to join early in that journey and play a meaningful role in shaping future ways of working, systems and business processes.

We're looking for a well-rounded, mid-level Business Analyst who is confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, and can bring a calm, pragmatic approach to delivering change.

The Role

You'll work across a broad portfolio of business and technology initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to understand challenges, define requirements and support the delivery of effective solutions.

Projects are varied and will span internal systems improvements, business process enhancement, product development activities and upcoming platform implementations. There is also a significant Salesforce programme on the horizon, alongside ongoing work to improve and optimise several bespoke internal applications.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants exposure to both business and technology-focused change.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
  • Facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings.
  • Mapping and improving business processes.
  • Producing user stories, functional requirements and process documentation.
  • Working closely with technical teams to translate business needs into practical solutions.
  • Supporting system enhancements and transformation initiatives.
  • Contributing to product and content management tool development projects.
  • Ensuring projects deliver measurable business outcomes.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • An experienced Business Analyst with a strong grounding in both business and technology change.
  • Comfortable building relationships with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Calm, composed and solutions-focused when working under pressure.
  • Commercially aware with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Equally happy working on discovery, requirements gathering and delivery support activities.

Nice to Have

  • Power BI experience.
  • UX or customer journey mapping exposure.
  • CRM project experience.
  • Salesforce knowledge or experience.
  • Experience working with bespoke or in-house systems.
