IT Systems Manager (D365)

The details
Your new client is a global manufacturing firm with a UK presence in Worcestershire looking for someone to join them on a permanent basis to lead the support of Dynamics 365 following a recent migration.
The role will entail working primarily with the production & warehousing business units to ensure they are utilising the system correctly, answering any queries and delivering training to staff as required. There will also be an expectation to cover any support required in other areas of the business including Finance, Customer Service, Purchasing & Quality.
In order to succeed in this role, you will have strong exposure to D365 F&O in a support capacity as any development work will be completed by the global team. You will also possess good SQL server knowledge along with an exceptional stakeholder engagement skills as the role will require working successfully across the various business units.
In return you will receive a competitive base salary and wider package that includes a bonus along with some flexibility around days on site following an initial period to get up to speed. You will also have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a successful D365 project, just post migration along with the opportunity to develop your skills with a globally renowned organisation.
