Start your job searchMarks Sattin is working in partnership with an established business based in Swindon within the technology industry to recruit an Italian speaking Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a permanent role based in Swindon. This is a great office prioritising the happiness and wellbeing and pride themselves on very clear core values.
An exciting opportunity has become available for an Italian speaking Accounts Payable Specialist to join a modern organisation. You will be a part of an amazing company who can offer a very competitive salary and working within one of the largest companies in their field in the world.
Salary for this role will be between 29-33k DOE. You MUST be Italian speaking and fluent written and verbally.
Office based until training / probation is completed and then hybrid.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Processing Invoices
- Making sure all intercompany invoices are paid on time and outstanding invoices chased/escalated.
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Raising internal credit/debit to manage the ledger
- Reviewing the weekly payment run
- Reconciling the bank statement and working with the wider finance team.
- Assisting with the Month End process.
