A rapidly growing national services business-backed by a major private equity investor, is seeking a motivated Junior Management Accountant to join its expanding, ambitious finance function. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career who's ready to step up, build technical capability, and learn from a best‑in‑class finance team.

What you'll be doing

Assist with monthly management accounts & variance analysis
Support budgeting, forecasting & KPI reporting
Drive cost‑control and financial optimisation
Partner with operational teams to deliver meaningful insights
Maintain financial models & enhance reporting tools
Support year‑end audit & balance sheet reconciliations

What you'll bring

Studying towards ACA / ACCA / CIMA
Strong analytical skills & appetite to learn
Solid Excel capability
Confident communication & stakeholder skills
Experience with Power BI or financial systems (D365, NetSuite) is a plus
