Leading services company seeks a solid & competent Lead Test Analyst / Lead Test Engineer to plan, monitor & control all testing activities, systems testing & tasks, including day-to-day leadership of existing Test Team. Test practice is predominantly using manual testing however a web based automation tool has recently been implemented & there is strong commitment to continue with this strategy of automation & expand to cover business applications.
Expertise & Responsibilities
-) Solid experience as Lead Test Analyst / Lead Test Engineer, Lead Tester, hands-on Test Manager or similar
-) Proven track record in a similar role with min 3-5yrs practical experience of leading & developing test teams.
-) As Lead Test Analyst / Lead Test Engineer, you will have practical experience of implementing test automation tools with experience of testing web based applications & working knowledge of web based technologies.
-) Deliver Test Strategies & Test Plans for all new developments & functional enhancements, plus risk assessments & associated mitigation plans & contingency actions
-) As Lead Tester / hands-on Test Manager, you will maintain & expand existing Information Systems Test Strategy including drive to more automated testing
-) Highly desirable to be ISTQB or ISEB certified &/or have experience of Agile
-) Responsible for creating and maintaining the necessary test environments
-) Essential to have strong collaboration & effective communication skills
