A large retail and investment bank are currently looking for a Senior Manager specialising in M&A and cross border structuring. The position has arisen due to the sustained period of growth experienced over the past 12 months.



In the role you will take responsibility for tax due diligence and structuring advice in connection with the European assets of the Bank. Furthermore you will be working closely with the funds area of the bank regarding international acquisitions and mergers.



This is a very unique opportunity currently in the market and is suitable for an individual with EU cross border knowledge and experience doing M & A deal executions. CA and/or CTA qualification is essential alongside international tax experience.
