Management Accountant

Multi-site, fast-paced hospitality

We are partnering with a high-growth, nationwide operator in the leisure and hospitality sector to find a talented Management Accountant to join their dynamic finance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a commercially focused, business-facing role where you will work closely with senior stakeholders across operations and marketing, helping to drive performance across a portfolio of sites.

The Role

You will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and commercial support in a fast-moving environment. This isn't just reporting - you will be influencing decision-making and adding real value to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce monthly management accounts with clear, actionable insights
• Deliver variance analysis and performance reporting across multiple sites
• Partner with operational teams to improve margins and control costs
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting cycles
• Analyse key KPIs including revenue, labour, and profitability
• Assist with financial modelling for new sites and strategic initiatives
• Help drive improvements in systems, reporting, and processes

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent
• Strong management accounting experience
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach
• Confident communicator who can influence non-finance stakeholders
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
• Experience in multi-site industries such as hospitality, retail, or leisure is advantageous
