Part Qualified Management Accountant - Reading (Hybrid) - £40,000 to £50,000
Description
As the Management Accountant you will be responsible for:
- Preparation of accurate and timely financial and management reports, to include, but not limited to:
- Monthly management accounts
- Half year and full year, Monthly and Quarterly reporting packs
- Annual Budget and periodic Forecast preparation with detailed support
- Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Financial, commercial and project analysis to support the business
- Ensure transactions are correctly posted within the balance sheet and P&L's in accordance with the correct accounting treatment and standards
- Business partnering to ensure key business drivers are understood by the wider business and actions taken to improve business performance
- Assist the Finance Manager with month-end and year-end close processes
Profile
- Experience in a similar Management Accountant role ideally
- Experience working in the Education sector ideal but NOT a must have
- Part-Qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA
- Technically strong, with a high level of financial and management accounting expertise is essential
- Strong Excel skills

- Salary £40,000 - £50,000
