• Looking after the management accounts.
• Providing financial input and support to the management team and wider business. Liaising and dealing with all accounting queries/problems. Ad-hoc investigation work.
• Producing reconciled monthly and year-end accounts in accordance with agreed timetables
• Preparing annual budgets and forecasts
• Helping develop the assistant management accountant, and providing help and assistance to other colleagues within the team
• Central finance tasks/projects.
• Coordinating with auditors (both internal and external)
• Assisting head office with tax and statutory accounts preparation.
