Marks Sattin are working with a £200 Million turnover business based in Chesterfield, who have grown both organically and by acquisitions over the past 5 years. Due to continued success and exciting plans for the future, they are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Management Accountant.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Produce on a timely monthly basis consolidated group and business unit management accounts and appropriate commentary on the results.
- Build, develop and maintain a group dashboard reporting pack covering strategic milestones, objectives and key results for business units. Identify and develop suitable KPIs to measure performance.
- Provide Business Partnering support across the business where required. To challenge the business in a constructive way driving continuous improvement.
- Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting process.
- Build and maintain financial models and analytical schedules to support projects and business development as required.
- To report accurate results on a monthly and annual basis.
- To establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure accurate Budgets and Forecasts are prepared.
- Assist in the planning and roll out of new systems
About You
- A driven proactive team player who is keen to succeed and passionate about their work.
- Ability to take the initiative and work independently
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Can build relationships with all stakeholders and articulate financial matters to the business with clarity.
