Reporting to the board (in Europe), you will develop a select team that will assume responsibility all management accounting duties; capex reporting; internal control improvements; system implementations and operational audits. As a mining specialist, you are expected to drive financial strategy out of Africa while supporting business development and M&A activity when necessary. A role with independence, responsibility and excellent potential for progression as their asset base matures.

The successful individual will be a hands-on, French speaking finance professional, with extensive mining experience and a proven track-record of team development.
