MDM (Mobile Device Management) Technical Specialist

A global Tier 1 Bank is currently looking for a Mobile Device Management (MDM) Technical Specialist for an initial 12 month contract.

Based in London, this role will play in integral part in the organisation's global mobile migration programme.

Responsibilities

  • Experience building, configuring, administering, and maintaining Mobile Device Management (MDM) infrastructures
  • To provide architectural, design and support consultancy to 3rd line regional teams on all Mobile Platforms i.e. BlackBerry, Good Technology, and MobileIron and all Device Platforms i.e. BlackBerry, Android, iOS and Windows.
  • Assist 3rd line regional teams in advanced troubleshooting of production issues at hand.
  • Work closely with Information Security and Risk to ensure new and existing solutions are suitable for the regulated environment
  • Communicate effectively both to team members and senior management.
  • Managing large projects where required.

Key Skills

  • MDM platforms - e.g BlackBerry (BES12 preferred), Good, MobileIron
  • Mobile Device platforms (e.g. BlackBerry, Android/KNOX, iOS)
  • BYOD solutions (e.g Good Technology)
  • Identity and access management (e.g Active directory)
  • Data Centre infrastructure (e.g Servers)
  • Data networking (LAN, WAN, SAN technologies).
