The Role: Paralegal (6 Months FTC)
The Client: Alternative Asset Manager
The Location: London City Centre
A great opportunity to join a collaborative team, reporting directly into the Head of Legal. Broad position providing support and assistance to the legal team on fundraising and launch activities, whilst working on corporate & commercial matters.
The Role:
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Attending board meetings, drafting board minutes, and organising board meetings
- Providing company secretarial assistance where necessary
- Researching current legal issues and assisting with horizon scanning
- Assisting with any ad-hoc legal queries
Prior Experience:
- Must have an LPC or at the very least a Law Degree
- 1-2 years paralegalling experience at either a Law Firm or in-house within a Financial Services firm
- Financial Services exposure
