A fast-growing hotel group based in Gatwick is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their fast paced team.

Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for setting up and managing the supplier accounts, processing invoices, dealing with supplier queries, payment runs, running reports, uploading payments to the bank, supplier statement reconciliations, posting credit card statements, managing expenses and additional ad-hoc duties.

Suitable candidates will have a depth of experience in in Accounts Payable, with strong IT/admin skills and good attention to detail. Candidates must have solid understanding of double entry, be highly organised and have good communication skills to deal with suppliers effectively at all levels. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics is preferable but not essential.
