Are you an experienced payroll administrator ready to hit the ground running in your next role? Or maybe you're ready to take a step up in your career?

I am currently working with a leading manufacturing business based in Bradford that are on the lookout for a payroll administrator.

Where you fit in?

You'll be joining a developing fast pace business within a role that offers flexibility in your approach and method of working.

Your role:

  • Input new starters and record leavers
  • Review hourly payroll rates to meet with legal requirements
  • Handle maternity, paternity, adoption, shared parental leave and parental leave administration processes
  • Liaise with managers and team members with payroll enquires
  • Process monthly overtime
  • Communicate weekly updates to managers and HR
  • Run various payroll reports for distribution to managers
  • Answer employee pay queries
  • Distribution of P45s
  • Calculating and/or input of exceptional payroll information

What you need?

You'll need to be the kind of person that can work as part of a team and work automatously in a payroll and HR environment. Organisation with exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and to keep to tight deadlines is a must.

A recognised payroll qualification would be an advantage, however it is not essential!
