Start your job searchPAYROLL AND PENSIONS MANAGER / SENIOR SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT - MCIPP
Brand new opportunity for a proven manager (MCIPP) in Payroll and Pensions to join this rapidly expanding team which is undergoing some exciting growth strategy. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll be working alongside other senior managers and will have direct contact on a daily basis with those driving change including Service Delivery, Heads of Department across Finance and HR, and Systems/Change experts.
This role requires you to be able to manage a team and its workload; you'll be more than averse in managing volume data for different business areas as well as advising on all process/legislative information for multiple payrolls and pension schemes.
You will be looking for a role where you can bring your own suggestions to the table and will be keen on all aspects of continuous improvement as this role requires an ambitious individual who's loolking for personal development and who can manage high volumes of transactional information working to stringent SLAs.
This role will suit someone who is technically au fait with all current facets of payroll and pensions - you'll be able to command respect, lead by example, and will have the gravitas to sit on SLT meetings and provide commentary on current performance as well as making recommendations for enhancements/streamlining in line with business strategy.
This is a genuine opportunity for someone who is proven from both a technical and management point of view.
