Marks Sattin has partnered with a leading integrated wealth management and professional services business that is in search of an experienced Payroll Specialist. The role will report directly to the Payroll Manager and will be responsible for managing their own payroll portfolio, be accountable for the day-to-day operations, and will also examine the work of other team members on a regular basis in compliance with the protocols and procedures.

What we are looking for?

  • A minimum of 3 years of client management experience in the payroll industry.
  • Understanding of software implementation, preferably payroll processing software.
  • Relevant payroll qualifications.
  • IT skills - word, excel, V-Look up, liaise with internal IT teams assisting with improvements.
  • Experience working in a "payroll outsourcing" OR "payroll portfolio" capacity.
