Start your job searchI am currently seeking a Payroll Supervisor for global business based in Chesterfield to lead a team of payroll administrators.
Role:
- Run the payrolls for the all group companies, ensuring the information is accurate and complete
- Legal, compliance and tax obligations with entire payroll function
- Managing a team of 5 Payroll Administrations
- Conducting weekly 1 - to 1's
- Hands on payroll processing including calculating and deducting tax, NI, SSP, SPP
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders when required
- Dealing with ad hoc queries daily
What you need?
You'll need to be the kind of person that can work as part of a team and work automatously in a payroll and HR environment. Experience working with high volumes is a must along with organisation with exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and to keep to tight deadlines. You'll have detailed knowledge of payroll systems, taxation, national insurance and pension's administration with the ability to lead a team of payroll coordinators, candidates that worked on implementations will highly regarded.
