I am currently seeking a Payroll Team Leader for a busy manufacturing business that are on the lookout for a Payroll Team Leader to join their fast paced offices in Chesterfield.
Where you fit in?
You'll be joining a developing fast pace business within a role that offers flexibility in your approach and method of working.
Role:
- Run the payrolls for all the group companies, ensuring the information is accurate and complete
- Legal, compliance and tax obligations with entire payroll function
- Managing a team of 5 Payroll Administration
- Conducting weekly 1 - to 1's
- Hands on payroll processing including calculating and deducting tax, NI, SSP, SPP
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders when required
- Dealing with ad hoc queries daily
What you need?
You'll need to be the kind of person that can work as part of a team and work automatously in a payroll and HR environment. Organisation with exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and to keep to tight deadlines is a must. You'll have detailed knowledge of payroll systems, taxation, national insurance and pension's administration with the ability to lead a team of payroll coordinators.
