I am currently seeking a Pensions & Benefits administrator for financial services company based in Harrogate.

Where you fit in?

You'll be joining a developing fast pace business within a role that offers flexibility in your approach and method of working to provide quality pension benefit administration to clients within the group.

Your role:

• Ensure that pension schemes operate effectively on a day-to-day basis
• Accurately update and maintain member records
• Data input, standard letters, pensions calculations and contribution processing
• Answer queries as they arise
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with the legal and regulatory aspect of pension's administration
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the Trust and Contract based workplace pension scheme and other Employee Benefit arrangements
• Be involved in the annual renewal process
• Complete complex benefit calculations
• Take ownership of delegated tasks within the team
• Complete complex benefit calculations

What you need?

You'll need to be the kind of person that can work as part of a team and work automatously in a Pensions and Benefit environment. Organisation with exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and to keep to tight deadlines is a must. You'll have an enthusiastic, positive and confident telephone manner with excellent record keeping skills.
