I am currently seeking a Pensions & Benefits administrator for financial services company based in Harrogate.
Where you fit in?
You'll be joining a developing fast pace business within a role that offers flexibility in your approach and method of working to provide quality pension benefit administration to clients within the group.
Your role:
- Ensure that pension schemes operate effectively on a day-to-day basis
- Accurately update and maintain member records
- Data input, standard letters, pensions calculations and contribution processing
- Answer queries as they arise
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with the legal and regulatory aspect of pension's administration
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the Trust and Contract based workplace pension scheme and other Employee Benefit arrangements
- Be involved in the annual renewal process
- Complete complex benefit calculations
- Take ownership of delegated tasks within the team
- Complete complex benefit calculations
What you need?
You'll need to be the kind of person that can work as part of a team and work automatously in a Pensions and Benefit environment. Organisation with exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and to keep to tight deadlines is a must. You'll have an enthusiastic, positive and confident telephone manner with excellent record keeping skills.
