Start your job searchThe chosen candidate must have had previous prime brokerage/prime services experience and be able to face off to potential new clients regarding the potential services and required alterations to existing systems. On the back of this, the chosen candidate must have had experience with the issue log, be able to manage it and manage the relationship with IT to ensure that all issues are dealt with. Knowledge of the potential IT issues is also important.
Previous experience should include:
- coordinating of IT development teams across global locations.
- Managing testing phase of onboarding
- Managing the deployment phase between internal parties and potential clients.
A thorough understanding of the prime brokerage area of the bank will be crucial to this role. Top quality communication skills are imperative to succeed in this role, as not only will the candidate have to liaise with stakeholders, but there will be a large element of client contact and the chairing of a daily call. A people person is required who has the ability to face off with IT, stand their ground and ensure that deadlines are hit.
