Start your job searchOne of the UK's top private equity firms is looking to hire an experienced fund finance professional to assist in the key task of closing deals.
You will sit in the space between the deal team, fund accounting and tax teams as well as liaising with key advisers throughout the deal process. Specifically you will;
- Work closely with deal teams and advisers to establish investment holding company structures for the acquisition of new investment.
- Manage the funds flow for the deal closings and working with deal teams and fund accounting team to ensure the money is available at the right time in the right entity for deal closings to take place.
- Ensure operating procedures are established for all UK deal structures and responsibility for each entity in the deal structure is assigned to an individual post-closing.
- Work with the Head of Tax to ensure all deal structures comply with our fund structure
- Ensure the all new entities are assigned to individuals who will be responsible for the corporate services post acquisition
The ideal candidate will be a qualified ACA with at least 5 years PQE in fund finance; closed ended fund accounting experience is essential - ideally within Private Equity or PE debt. Some involvement in performance would be helpful.
Remuneration will be highly competitive with strong bonus potential.
