Start your job searchMarks Sattin are currently working with Garforth based Construction Group in Garforth for the role of Accounts Payable assistant!
Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager, your role will be to support the daily transactional running of the purchase ledger. The role will be working within a very friendly AP team and will focus on their building and materials ledgers.
For the position, they will pay up to £26,000 plus bonus! The company can also offer an onsite cafeteria, bar and gym!
Duties of the role will include:
- Process Invoices onto Sage - Matching with purchase order's and delivery notes
- Manage Purchase Ledger process until point of approval
- Follow controls ensuring proof of delivery / approvals are captured
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Deal with supplier queries and escalate to Senior team if necassary
