DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of FATCA and CRS returns including generating test files, liaising with operational teams to rectify error messages, managing client interactions and submitting the final returns to State Street Tax Department and to the Revenue.

* Maintain knowledge relating to regulatory changes and have the ability to articulate the impact to the business

* Collation and delivery of data for regulatory and revenue returns (e.g. MMIF and Irish Withholding Tax)

* Build strong working relationships with management and staff across all functions to achieve regulatory and reporting objectives

* Identify and propose process efficiencies and automation opportunities in the course of the daily work

* Actively contribute to TA-wide initiatives and focus groups.

* Engage in projects within your team and the TA department including, but not limited to, new tax or regulatory changes, client on-boarding, system testing, etc.

Essential
* 1 years' experience in Transfer Agency Operations or experience in a reporting environment
* Good understanding of legislation and regulations affecting the TA business, including anti-money laundering, UCITs IV and Regulatory Reporting requirements
Desirable
* Procedural, technical and product knowledge of the TA business
* Broad understanding of the wider funds industry, e.g. fund accounting, custody etc.
* Experience enhancing reporting solutions through automation
WORK SKILLS
1. Excellent administrative, organisational and business support skills, with the ability to multi-task and to work calmly under pressure.

2. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

3. Strong written and verbal communication skills

4. Organisational, planning and co-ordination skills

5. Ability to identify, investigate and resolve issues through a problem solving approach
