A global media production business based in the heart of London is currently recruiting an Royalties Executive to join their busy finance division.

You will be responsible for dealing with the talent side of royalties, being the first point of contact and doing the full administration of talent residuals statements and payments. You will also be charged with producing royalties reports, preparation and uploading of gross revenue sales files to internal systems, process VAT-only invoices and VAT self-billing agreements.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working within royalties for a minimum of 18 months within the media industry. The key aspect of the role will be liaising with the clients and ensuring invoicing are correct so attention to detail is key. You will also have experience in dealing with large sets of data on Excel. You will need experience in sending invoices out to talent as well as on the receivable side.
