Where you fit in….

You'll be joining a developing fast pace business within a role that offers flexibility in your approach and method of working.

Your role:

• Deliver timely and accurate financial data to the business
• Using advanced excel skills to interrogate large amounts of data to gain insights into business process and performance
• Protect the business assets through financial integrity
• Maintain records surrounding our customer with credit terms
• Apply for credit insurance
• Cleanse debtors ledger ensuring all debt is collected in a timely fashion
• Maintain relationship with 3^rd party solicitor, for use when debt cannot be collected
• Input credit limits were required
• Communicate with internal stakeholder regarding approval to dispatch products
• Produce invoices for dispatched kitchens
• Produce statements for credit invoices
• Communicate with Trade manager to ensure all outstanding invoices are paid within terms
• Post weekly contact centre credits/ compensation
• Any other task reasonably set out by management

What you need…

You'll need to be the kind of person who is a self-starter with the ambition to progress within the business. You will have strong numeracy and analytical skills with the ability to investigate queries thoroughly and accurately. Experience with working within a fast pace environment is essential and the ability to use IFS would be an advantage however is not essential.
