Security Architect

A national public infrastructure firm is looking to hire a Security Architect on a permanent basis to be based in Leeds.

The main remit of the role is to deliver security as part of IT infrastructure, solutions and services from requirements gathering through to low level design.

The successful candidate will also support the lead Security Architect, standing in where necessary and supporting the delivery of the IT security strategy and services.

This is a hybrid role split between home and the firm's Leeds office.

Experience Required

• Proven track record as a Security Architect within large-scale solution delivery environments
• Demonstrable experience of architecting and implementing security infrastructure solutions
• Understanding of information security standards, i.e. ISO 27001, ISF, NIS
• Experience of working with risk assessment frameworks and the Cyber Assessment Frameworks to ensure systems and services meet acceptable security requirements
• Strong senior stakeholder engagement skills
