Start your job searchLeading property business based in London is currently recruiting for a Senior Commercial Analyst. The role would suit either a qualified (or qualified by experience) accountant with strong data analysis experience.
Reporting into the Head of FP&A the role will be responsible for improving and maintaining the Management Information (MI) infrastructure; assisting on the budget build; assisting with commercial analysis relating to sales pipeline and sales data; ownership of commercial pricing model, tracking performance and identifying trends; prepare commentaries to be included in the Board reporting; other ad-hoc projects as requested.
The successful candidate MUST have previous experience of working with Business Intelligence software i.e. Power BI or Tableau, working knowledge of SQL and Excel. Previous P&L and budgeting experience is also key. Previous experience working within the Property Sector is a preference but not essential.
In return you will receive a salary of up to £60K plus benefits including bonus. If interested please apply asap.
