A global luxury retail brand is currently seeking a french/Italian speaking Senior Credit Controller to join their team in London and assist in supervising the team.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Assess creditworthiness of both new and existing customers
  • Establish and maintain credit limits
  • Proactively monitor accounts receivable and identify any potential payment issues
  • Collaborate and liaise with the sales and other teams to resolve discrepancies and disputes
  • Implement and streamline effective credit control strategies
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer transactions
  • Communicate with customers regarding overdue invoices
  • Nurture and build relationships with credit insurance agencies
  • Provide reports and analysis to the management team on key metrics
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives

This role would suit a proactive individual who is a strong Credit Controller with retail experience, preferably in the luxury sector. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with creating/streamlining processes and be fluent in either French or Italian, to suit the clientele needs.
