My client are seeking a skilled Senior Data Engineer with a strong background in Azure services to enhance their data architecture and drive data-driven solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and supporting various data initiatives!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Synapse.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Implement best practices in data modelling based on Kimball principles.
• Optimize SQL queries and manage database systems for performance and reliability.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on data initiatives and drive project success.

What you will bring:

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer, particularly with Azure services.
• Expertise in Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, and the Microsoft BI stack.
• Strong understanding of Kimball principles in data warehousing.
• Proficiency in SQL and experienced with database management systems.
