Start your job searchThe role of Finance Business Partner will be responsible for developing relationships across the various functions of the business, driving the financial and strategic direction of the business. You should facilitate cost effective and profitable processes, ensuring that robust controls are in place. You will play a key part in the finance team and will be given the autonomy to make the role your own. Duties will include:
Provide robust and timely financial reporting and advice to aid strategic decision making
- Provide financial support, insight and analysis on key strategic projects
- Produce management information within tight timescales
- Review trends and challenge current performance, identifying risks and opportunities within the finance department and the wider business.
- Support the finance teams and with the wider business through the analysis of financial performance.
- Liaise with external auditors with regard to year end processes.
- Perform analytical modelling to evaluate proposals, critically reviewing and making appropriate recommendations.
The suitable candidate will have the following:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified
- Experience in a large business
- Experience of cross functional working.
- Excellent Excel and analytical skills
- Have the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and problem-solving skills
