A globally renowned luxury footwear brand is seeking a Finance Manager.

As Senior Finance Manager, you'll oversee financial operations, lead a small team, and ensure accurate reporting across UK and EU entities. This is a hands-on role with a clear progression route, in a dynamic, creative environment where precision meets artistry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of accounts professionals
• Oversee monthly and annual closings and financial statements
• Manage banking, intercompany flows, and credit risk
• Handle UK and international tax compliance
• Drive process improvements and IT system enhancements and projects
• Liaise with auditors and maintain strong external relationships

Skills:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
• Proven experience in financial management, ideally within luxury or retail
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to deliver under tight deadlines with exceptional accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office; Netsuite experience is a plus
