A leading financial services business with key offices in West Yorkshire supporting the Financial Controller and the wider financial controls team

As Senior Financial Accountant responsibilities will include:

• Taking ownership of the monthly management accounts preparation
• Half year / hard close and year end statutory reporting
• Full reconciliation of the balance sheet
• Work closely with Finance and key stakeholders to build relationships and understand how the areas link together.
• Responsible for building cross functional relationships and managing stakeholder expectations
• Developing ideas to further improve processes/controls

To be successful you will have previous experience within a financial control environment, ideally be coming to the end of a professional accountancy qualification ACCA / CIMA or ACA qualified looking for your first move into industry you will have excellent communication skills.
