A brand new opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst to join FTSE250 listed business. They are one of the world's most trusted brands in the field of infrastructure.

They are an infrastructure investment business who focus on major transport, social, environmental infrastructure and telecommunication projects across a range of international markets including the UK, Europe, Asia Pacific, North America, Latin America and Middle East.

They are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) who has strong financial analysis skills with experience working within an FP&A role.

Responsibilities of Senior Financial Analyst include:

  • Provide financial and analytical capabilities to assist with strategic planning and implementing strategic initiatives, supporting transformation and change
  • Be primary business partner to Head Office functions, including HR, IT, Investment Performance, Investor Relations, Operations, etc., to enable budget accountability and establish framework to provide management reports, cost analysis and headcount tracking
  • Coordinate regional consolidation process with appropriate review and understanding of key drivers and variances in each region
  • Prepare monthly management report with in depth variance analysis, and dashboard updates for KPI and targets tracking
  • Update and build out financial models and working files, with continuous improvement as financial analytics develops

You will be helping to set up their reporting process and putting systems in place, so it is important that you are someone who is dynamic, able to think on your feet and want to influence change by putting your own stamp on things.

Requirements of Senior Financial Analyst:

  • Must be a qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA
  • Must have experience within FP&A (at least 1-2 years)
  • Asset management experience is desirable as you will already have a good understanding of NAV
