The Client: Asset Manager

The Location: Luxembourg (Hybrid)

A fantastic opportunity to join a truly global Asset Manager within their Private Funds Legal team in Luxembourg. A great role for a Funds Lawyer either in an Asset Manager, Law firm in Luxembourg, or consultancy firm.

The Role:

• Providing legal support for portfolio of Investment funds and sub funds, including AIF's & RAIF's
• Overseeing legal and corporate records of the funds whilst monitoring regulatory developments
• Acting as the primary liaison with internal & external stakeholders including regulators
• Leading major strategic and regulatory projects affecting the funds and Manco
• Drafting and negotiating fund related documents

Prior Experience:

• 4+ years PQE Lawyer
• Have Private Funds background and a fantastic understanding of AIFMD
• Fluent in English. German and/or French speaker would be a bonus
