Seeking an interim Senior Manager - Fund Controller to join a global alternative investment manger asap. It's a great place to work with great work life balance and opportunities!
Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 + bonus - depending on experience
12 month contract
Hybrid working - 3 days in the office
The role will report directly to the head of fund finance and have responsibility for:
- managing relationships with the fund administrators
- oversight of the fund valuations
- investor reporting
- fund financials
- drawdowns and distributions
- the fund closing & equalisation process
- cash forecasting and liquidity management
- reviewing legal documentation
- AIFMD reporting
To be considered for this role you must;
- be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CPA), 6 years+ qualified
- have 5yrs+ experience in controlling closed ended private debt/credit funds
- have strong IT skills - excel, Power BI, fund accounting systems
- be a good communicator and self managing
- be able able to start within 4 weeks
