Start your job searchA nationally recognised firm, based in Central London, are going through an exciting, business critical digital and cultural transformation and as a result are heavily investing in their transformation department including a Senior Programme Manager who will be both customer centric and commercially minded. This role will be a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business focused Senior Programme Manager who is excited by fast-paced and regularly changing environments.
Expertise/Responsibilities:
- The Senior Programme Manager will work cross functionally in matrix teams to deliver business solutions, ensuring that the critical success factors are met while scope, time, quality and cost of the projects are maintained. Confident to deliver through both waterfall and agile methods.
- Extensive experience of leading business focused projects ideally within commercial departments such as sales & marketing.
- The Senior Programme Manager will have prior experience of managing supplier performance and building productive supplier partnerships
- Prince 2 / MSP / PMP / AMP qualifications.
- Able to deal with regular change, ambiguity, who like to contribute to shaping how things are done.
- Requires a Senior Programme Manager who can come in and get multiple work streams organised but also drop down into the detail.
- Someone who stays focused on the end customer and thinks commercially and is focused on delivering iterative changes.
