Excited to partner with a large multingational as they enter the UK market through an acquisition in Belfast.

To ensure a smooth transition they require a Senior Project Manager in Belfast for 8 Months to lead post merger integration of systems & processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initially a detailed "as is" discovery of IT infrastrucutre of acquired company - providing in depdth analysis across all key operational areas ie IT/Finance/CRM/Procurement etc
• Lead strategy roadmapping/strategies to acheive successful IT integration & a clear programme path on how this will be delivered.

To qualify you will need:

• 15+ proven years experience leading large scale/complex transformations across multiple industries delivering key business outcomes.
• Strong influencer/negotiation/stakeholder management skills - ability to influence from C Level to operational level stakeholders.
• Proven experience working in ambiguous environments where you were tasked with winning hearts and minds to deliver key business outcomes.
