A prestigious organisation based in Manchester is looking to hire a Solution Architect with strong tooling experience to join its growing architecture centre of excellence and support its ongoing technology transformation initiative.
This is a permanent hybrid role with the number of days needed per month in the Manchester office open to discussion.
The main remit of the role will be to support architecture activities that guide the development and management of the tools used within business. The role will also assist in ensuring incoming tooling technology is delivered effectively and new innovations are introduced and maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the development of architectures for tooling used within IT services and the wider business
- Ensuring tools are utilised to their maximum potential and fit
- Taking responsibility for the technical integrity of solution design
Skill and Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect
- Deep knowledge of implementation and management of tooling such as Autopilot, ServiceNow, Intune, Jamf, Tanium and Zabbix is essential
- Solid understanding of product management, agile principles and development methodologies
