A major entity of a large, listed US general insurance group is searching for a Solvency II Reporting Manager to join their team here in Dublin. The business is establishing a presence in Ireland and this will be an extremely important hire.

You will be joining the team at a critical and exciting time in the growth of the business.

You will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of systems and controls across all Solvency II reporting and developments. You will also be developing new analytical tools to support the preparation of Solvency II reporting.

This is a unique opportunity in Dublin as you will not only be responsible for CBI reporting here in Dublin but also to become a Subject Matter Expert for Lloyd's syndicates in the UK.

Exposure to Solvency II and Pillar 3 project work and reporting as well as experience of testing systems will be necessary as well as the desire to work in a start up environment with the support of a global business. Knowledge of UK GAAP and US GAAP would be desirable as well as exposure to IFRS 4 phase 2

If you have worked in the UK and/or have knowledge of Lloyd's syndicate reporting then this will be a distinct advantage.

This role will give you autonomy to manage your responsibilities as you see fit and will give the successful candidate flexibility to build a career within the business.
