In this position, you will collaborate with a high-performing team of strategy specialists and partner with C-Suite executives in leading financial institutions to navigate the fast-paced advancements in technology and increased customer expectations.
This role requires someone with minimum 5 years relevant experience, either in Financial Services Consulting or industry role where you have been part of bigger picture strategy alongside being very hands on through delivery transformation.
A day in the life..
- Support multinational clients rethink & redesign strategic operating model capabilities, reshape business processes to improve business performance to bring more value to the customer.
- Design and lead the delivery of complex transformations, setting the standard delivery for both the team & client being very hands on and driving work.
- Work alongside senior stakeholders communicating the visions for transformation, clearly outlining their expected outcomes & timelines to help set the strategic direction.
What you will need to qualify for this role..
- Masters/Level 9 degree with 7+ years' plus experience within a Strategy environment ideally with 4-5 of those years working on Target Operating Models' either within a firm of within or within a Consulting environment.
